  • No need to leave! If your child refuses to get in the water we will do our best to have them get into the water. However even if they don't get in the water we are happy to teach them on the stairs and we will use all our best tricks to attempt getting them close to the water. A swim lesson does not always need to be in the pool! If you do decide to leave during the lesson you will still need to pay for the whole lesson as you have taken a slot away from someone else booking in that time.
General cancelation 
  • Our general cancellation policy is that you MUST cancel 6 hrs prior to the swimming lesson to get your money back, however there will be a cancellation fee.
  • Illness: If your child is unwell and can't make it to swimming lessons they will fall under the general cancellation policy.

At Stittsville Swim Stars, we aim to provide a safe, nurturing, and effective learning environment. Please review our core policies to ensure a smooth and productive experience for every swimmer.

Weather
  • In any cases of lighting or temperatures below 15 degrees celsius, we will unfortunately need to reschedule the lessons.
  • We will attempt to give a warning email 24hrs prior to the lesson however the ultimate decision will depend on the hour. In cases where we need to reschedule we will reach out to you for a reschedule date/time. 
  • You will NOT be charged for any lessons that need to be rescheduled due to weather. On rainy days we will still swim.
Payment Policies
  • $40/Private lesson (or $210 for a bundle of 6 lesssons)
  •  $60/Semi-Private lessons (or $330 for a bundle of 6 lessons)
  • Payment is due prior to each lesson.
  • We accept e-transfer and cash.
  • Payments for bundles must be paid in full at the first lesson
